Yes, the tent installation manual and video can be provided. And we can also fly to your place to be your guide

How can I pay for the order?
After the client confirms all the product details, we will issue the tent invoice (formal quotation) with the bank information. The payment can be made by TT, Credit Card, Paypal, Western Union, LC, etc.
What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit to start the production, the balance to should be paid before shipment.

Is your tent can be used on heavy snowing weather?
The tent snow loading can be customized according your local weather condition, snow can not stay if use big degree roof pitch design.
