How to start a customized tent with your company?
Please let us know your ground dimensions or tell us the tent size you will need. And your customized tent drawing or pictures. Then it will be enough for us to quote your tent price.
What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit to start the production, the balance to should be paid before shipment.

Can I visit your factory?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Guangzhou city, which is renowned as the kingdom of frame tents in China. To ensure that your visit is worthwhile, we would like to know the categories you are currently interested in or any specific products you would like to explore during your trip. This will help us prepare better and cater to your needs.
How can I pay for the order?
After the client confirms all the product details, we will issue the tent invoice (formal quotation) with the bank information. The payment can be made by TT, Credit Card, Paypal, Western Union, LC, etc.
