what is the shipping time and the shipping cost?
Please let us know your destination seaport, and we will work out the shipping cost and the time.
What documents are available?
A full range of documents, including structural drawings, packing lists, installation manual and relative certificates, can be provided. Moreover, a customs declaration is provided. We can provide a one-stop service for you.
Has your tent product been certified?
Yes. Our tent product has passed the engineering tests and gained the structural engineering certificates. Besides, the PVC fabric used for roof covers and sidewalls has passed the fire tests and gained the flame retardant certificates.
How long is the warranty period for the structure?
Guarantee 5 years. During the warranty period, we shall repair or replace the damaged part accordingly because of any damage due to a quality problem.
